This two-hour tour departs daily from Rainbow Harbor aboard custom-built, high-speed catamarans designed to reach open-water marine activity faster than traditional boats. Depending on the season, you may see migrating gray whales (winter to spring), blue whales (summer to fall), or year-round marine life like humpback whales, fin whales, dolphins, sea lions, and seabirds.

Tours are narrated by experienced captains, and educators from the Aquarium of the Pacific typically join the 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM sailings (subject to availability), offering added insights about the wildlife and ocean environment.
